Adinkra and Akan cultural symbols belong to the Akan
people and are not proprietary to any single party. Our use of
Sika Dwa Kofi, Mate Masie, and adinkra adaptations is a heritage
reference, not a claim of ownership. The arrangement, application, and
digital adaptation in our brand system is, however, proprietary
trade dress.
Aboriginal Australian design elements. The Yarn ochre
dot system in our brand is a generic compositional pattern. We
explicitly disclaim any use of clan-owned imagery, restricted Dreamtime
narratives, or named-artist patterns without permission. See the
heritage page for our cultural-respect framing.
