Why this matters. The repository lets a citizen view a licence — but not recompute it. Here, the same record is hashed in your browser, so a tampered copy is instantly visible; the term is checked against today (several live records read "Active" while their stated expiry has already passed — VPAY surfaces that, it does not judge it); and the boundary is validated as a closed polygon with a real area. None of this asserts that any holder has done anything wrong — it makes the public record independently checkable. The location-legality test (inside a forest reserve? within a river buffer?) needs the authoritative Forestry & Water Resources maps and is shown illustratively in the next tab.

This tab is illustrative. The reserve and river here are synthetic — they demonstrate the mechanism of a location-legality test (a plot's coordinates checked against exclusion layers, recomputed by anyone, with a tamper-evident hash). It is not a ruling on any real concession. The production version uses the authoritative reserve / river-buffer maps from the Forestry & Water Resources Commissions over the real boundaries from Tab 1.
